Refund Policy
Donations:
All donations made to Hellfighters Concord are considered final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our donors to support our mission and programs. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at henry@hellfightersconcord.org / 828-674-4362 within 7 days of the donation, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Merchandise Purchases:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

The request for a refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
